1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the omegadirectshop.com website (the "Site") and any products you purchase from Omega Direct Shop, a store operated by OPTRIVANE LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Who we are

Omega Direct Shop is a trade name of OPTRIVANE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company and an authorized dealer of Nordic Naturals dietary supplements. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use this Site or place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account

You may create an account to track orders and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@omegadirectshop.com immediately.

5. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
  • Prices, product availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, cancel an order, or correct pricing errors at any time before the order ships.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. We may cancel any order for any reason before shipment, including suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or pricing errors.
  • If we cancel an order you placed, we refund any amount charged within 1 business day.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed. By providing a payment method you authorize us to charge the full amount of the order, including applicable tax and shipping.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Standard shipping is free within the United States and Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most orders ship within 1 business day of placement.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the parcel for delivery.
  • If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@omegadirectshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We resolve these cases under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Subscribe & Save

If you opt into Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select until you cancel. You may cancel, pause, or skip any shipment at any time from your account page or by contacting us. There is no minimum subscription length and no cancellation fee.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Product information and health disclaimers

Not evaluated by the FDA

The products sold on this Site are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this Site — including articles, product descriptions, infographics, videos, and any content generated by tools we offer — is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Allergens

Our products contain fish oil derived from small wild-caught fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring). Do not consume if you have a fish or seafood allergy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of OPTRIVANE LLC or its licensors (including Nordic Naturals trademarks, used under authorization) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Nordic Naturals® and Ultimate Omega® are registered trademarks of Nordic Naturals, Inc., used with authorization as an authorized dealer.

12. User-submitted content

You may submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion without notice.

13. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or servers;
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
  • Resell products purchased from the Site (our authorized-dealer agreement and these Terms prohibit reselling);
  • Submit false reviews, including fake testimonials or incentivized reviews not disclosed as such;
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

14. Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites, including Nordic Naturals' brand site, scientific references (PubMed, NEJM, Cochrane), and third-party testing verification portals (IFOS, NSF, USP). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPTRIVANE LLC (operating as Omega Direct Shop) and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any product exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omega Direct Shop and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your User Content.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@omegadirectshop.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Louisville, Kentucky, or by telephone or video at your option. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Small-claims court claims are exempt from this provision.

Class action waiver

You and OPTRIVANE LLC each waive the right to bring or participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative action. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.

19. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after we post an update constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

20. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
