We want you to feel genuinely better after taking Ultimate Omega 2X. If for any reason you don't, our 60-day satisfaction guarantee has you covered. No restocking fees, no return shipping fees, no hassle.
60-day satisfaction guarantee
You have 60 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason — including taste, capsule size, or simply deciding the product is not for you. Return within this window and we refund 100% of the product price.
Returns are covered on both opened and unopened bottles, provided at least 50% of the bottle remains at the time of the return request. We make this promise because we buy direct from Nordic Naturals as an authorized dealer. If you don't feel the difference that fresh, temperature-controlled fish oil makes, we would rather take the product back than leave you unhappy.
What is eligible for return
- Unopened bottles — full refund within 60 days of delivery.
- Opened bottles, 50% or more remaining — full refund within 60 days of delivery under the satisfaction guarantee.
- Damaged in transit — full refund or replacement at your choice. Keep the packaging and share a photo when you contact us.
- Wrong product shipped — full refund or replacement. We cover return shipping.
- Subscribe & Save orders — treated identically to one-time purchases under the 60-day window.
What is not eligible for return
- Bottles delivered more than 60 days ago.
- Bottles less than 50% full at the time of the return request (outside of damage or wrong-product claims).
- Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party reseller (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, marketplace listings). We can only honor returns on purchases placed directly through omegadirectshop.com.
- Free gifts or promotional items received alongside a paid order.
How to request a return
- Email support@omegadirectshop.com with your order number and a short reason for the return.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US and Canada).
- Drop the parcel at any USPS, UPS, or Canada Post location.
- Once the parcel is scanned into the return carrier's network, we start your refund — you don't have to wait for delivery back to our warehouse.
Refund timeline
- We issue the refund within 1 business day of the return being scanned by the carrier.
- Refunds post back to the original payment method (card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
- Your bank typically shows the credit in 3 to 10 business days.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the balance is restored to that same credit immediately.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping on every return for US and Canadian customers. The prepaid label we send covers pickup, tracking, and delivery back to our fulfillment center.
If you misplace or discard the prepaid label, contact us and we reissue it at no charge.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with the wrong product inside, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging. A photo of the damage or the incorrect item speeds things up on our end.
We cover every cost on damage or wrong-ship claims. In most cases no return of the damaged product is required.
Subscribe & Save — cancellation and skipping
You can cancel, pause, or skip any subscription shipment from the "My Account" page on omegadirectshop.com, or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription length.
Cancelling before a renewal order ships means you pay nothing. If a renewal has already shipped at the moment you cancel, that shipment falls under the standard 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Cancel an order before it ships
Most orders ship within one business day. If you need to cancel, email support@omegadirectshop.com as soon as possible. Any order that has not yet left our fulfillment center is cancelled and refunded immediately.
International orders
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. For Canadian returns, we provide a Canada Post prepaid label and cover duties where applicable.
Chargebacks and disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please give us the chance to make it right. Email support@omegadirectshop.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue within 24 hours. A chargeback filed without prior contact typically delays your refund, because the dispute process locks the order on our end during investigation.
